Elevate Landscaping (formerly Sota Scapes & Irrigation) is a landscaping business at 318 W Main St, Perham, MN 56573. This page explains what information we get when you use elevatelandscapingmn.com or contact us, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, the form on our site does not store or send anything itself. It opens your own email app with your name, email, phone number, address, and message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app, and the message then goes straight to our inbox.

We also receive whatever you share when you call, text, or email us directly.

How we use it

• To reply to you, visit your property, and prepare an estimate.
• To schedule and carry out work you hire us for, and to follow up on it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where needed to do your job (for example, a supplier delivering materials to your address) or where the law requires it. We will not add you to a marketing email or text list without asking first.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics accounts of our own. However:

• Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server records (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) and basic performance data to run and secure the site.
• Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Links to Google reviews, Instagram, and Facebook take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and for normal business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ben@elevatelandscapingmn.com or calling (218) 457-2525.

Children

Our services are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
